Diffusing and Styling Curly Hair

Curly hair becomes unruly if mishandled and ends up frizzing-far from the well-defined corkscrew
ringlets you're after.  Combing or brushing curls when or before you style, and when they're drying creates
frizzy, undefined curls. Use a large tooth comb in the shower for
detangling and then use your fingers.

Curls are special. The less you handle them, the better they look. Keep your hair fairly wet before you
scrunch your product in. For naturally curly, kinky or wavy hair, attach a diffuser to your blow dryer.
A diffuser disperses the air that comes out of the blow dryer, so it
allows a defined curl to form gently.

For best results, place hair in the diffuser cap and scrunch gently. Move slowly from one section to the other
and put the heat setting on WARM! For maximum volume, do this first while head is upright, and
then flip it upside-down and diffuse the rest in that position.

For a more natural look, move your head from side to side while diffusing.
Leave a little moisture on the hair, and let the rest air dry...
